My name is Alex Coe and I am a Yoga teacher, Pre and Post natal Exercise and Weight Loss specialist. I help to motivate and inspire others to achieve a healthier lifestyle by real food nutrition, exercise to improve their overall mental health & fitness. I believe that with dedication and persistence, anyone-no matter what stage their at, can improve their health physically and mentally with a few lifestyle changes enabling them to lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals. I work with clients on 1-1 or Group Training basis, including private sessions together in person or via online coaching to help them accomplish their desired goals and improve their overall health and fitness. 😳 OH MY GOD… LOOK AT MY “TRANSFORMATION”… IN 10 SECONDS 😳
Left: abs & glutes 🍑 looking snatched ✨
Right: relaxed, just stood normal 🤷♀️
Taken about 10 seconds apart.
Same body. Same place. Same moment.
No weight loss.
No workout.
No “progress.”
I didn’t lose my glutes in 10 seconds.
I didn’t lose my abs either.
I just changed my position.
And suddenly it looks like a completely different person.
Social media will have you thinking transformations take weeks…
sometimes it’s literally seconds.
This is the side people don’t show you.
It’s angles, posture, and a highlight moment 📸
Both of these bodies are absolutely fine.
Just don’t fall into the comparison trap if you don’t look like your “best angle” all the time… you’re not doing anything wrong.
You’re just being real. 🤍

Why do we do a metabolic finisher? 🤔

Are you truly committed to your goals?
Most people who don’t achieve what they want give up too early…
not because they’re incapable, but because they expected it to happen instantly.
Real results don’t happen overnight. They’re built through consistency, patience, and showing up even when you don’t feel like it.
It won’t always be easy. You won’t always feel like it. You won’t always want to… but that’s exactly where progress is made.
Results are happening even when you can’t see them yet. You just have to stick with it.

Having worked as a Professional Dancer on Cruise Ships since 2015, I had to find my feet and choose a new career path on land after being diagnosed with a severe case of Crohn’s Disease. Although at the time it seemed like the end of the world not being able to return back to sea- I now fully believe it was a blessing in disguise, everything happens for a reason and I have found my real path!
The fitness industry had always been of an interest to me and the decision was made to pursue my passion and become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Back In 2017 I was introduced to a workout known as Pound Fit, after attending just two classes I instantly knew I wanted to offer the same to others and Introduce it in the Cambridge Area.
I went on to gain my qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training in September 2018 and A.D.C Fitness was created offering 1-2-1 Private Personal Training Sessions as well as Group Class Fitness Instructing.
As of present I currently teach at a variety of different gyms in the Cambridge & Ely area including:
The Hive Ely, Neil Marsh Health and Fitness, Willingham Gym & Wellness and Littleport Leisure.
Below are a list of my CPD Qualifications:
Pound Fit, Fitness Rebounding (trampolines), Gym Based Boxing, Spinning, Combat, Body Pump, Water Workout, Metabolic Circuits, Total Body Conditioning, Ballet Fit.
I often go on courses to improve and gain knowledge with new classes and techniques, I have some very big plans for 2020 including some of the above as a mix- STAY TUNED!
