My name is Alex Coe and I am a Yoga teacher, Pre and Post natal Exercise and Weight Loss specialist. I help to motivate and inspire others to achieve a healthier lifestyle by real food nutrition, exercise to improve their overall mental health & fitness. I believe that with dedication and persistence, anyone-no matter what stage their at, can improve their health physically and mentally with a few lifestyle changes enabling them to lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals. I work with clients on 1-1 or Group Training basis, including private sessions together in person or via online coaching to help them accomplish their desired goals and improve their overall health and fitness. With nutritional guidance, exercise plans I will work with you to help you achieve your goals ensuring you improve your health & fitness both physically and mentally to help you become the best version of YOU!

A few months ago I set myself some goals.
Business goals. Personal goals.
And I realised something slightly ironicā¦
I needed help. Accountability. Support.
Which is funny, because thatās literally my job.
I create plans.
I coach people online.
I do check-ins.
I keep others consistent in their training.
But when youāre the one doing it day in, day out⦠you often end up at the bottom of your own list.
And if I genuinely wanted to push myself, I knew I couldnāt do it alone.
So I found my own coach Tara š¤
Sheās been preparing me for my first ever HYROX event, and we were working hard together.
Then December happened.
Life threw a few things completely out of my control, and my training had to pause.
I didnāt step foot in the gym for over a month.
Today felt big.
Not because it was crazy or intense but because Iām back.
Back strength training so my body feels strong again.
And just as importantly, my mind.
Iām back checking in with my PT.
Weāve stripped things back and set small, realistic goals to rebuild consistency.
Will I be strong enough for my race in February?
Honestly⦠I donāt know. Probably not.
But weāll cross that bridge when we get there.
Right now, showing up again is the win and for that I'm proud of myself š¤

Having worked as a Professional Dancer on Cruise Ships since 2015, I had to find my feet and choose a new career path on land after being diagnosed with a severe case of Crohnās Disease. Although at the time it seemed like the end of the world not being able to return back to sea- I now fully believe it was a blessing in disguise, everything happens for a reason and I have found my real path!
The fitness industry had always been of an interest to me and the decision was made to pursue my passion and become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.
Back In 2017 I was introduced to a workout known as Pound Fit, after attending just two classes I instantly knew I wanted to offer the same to others and Introduce it in the Cambridge Area.
I went on to gain my qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training in September 2018 and A.D.C Fitness was created offering 1-2-1 Private Personal Training Sessions as well as Group Class Fitness Instructing.
As of present I currently teach at a variety of different gyms in the Cambridge & Ely area including:
The Hive Ely, Neil Marsh Health and Fitness, Willingham Gym & Wellness and Littleport Leisure.
Below are a list of my CPD Qualifications:
Pound Fit, Fitness Rebounding (trampolines), Gym Based Boxing, Spinning, Combat, Body Pump, Water Workout, Metabolic Circuits, Total Body Conditioning, Ballet Fit.
I often go on courses to improve and gain knowledge with new classes and techniques, I have some very big plans for 2020 including some of the above as a mix- STAY TUNED!
