ADC Fitness At ADC Fitness we help you to achieve your overall health and fitness goals through whole food nutrition & exercise.

My name is Alex Coe and I am a Yoga teacher, Pre and Post natal Exercise and Weight Loss specialist. I help to motivate and inspire others to achieve a healthier lifestyle by real food nutrition, exercise to improve their overall mental health & fitness. I believe that with dedication and persistence, anyone-no matter what stage their at, can improve their health physically and mentally with a few lifestyle changes enabling them to lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve their goals. I work with clients on 1-1 or Group Training basis, including private sessions together in person or via online coaching to help them accomplish their desired goals and improve their overall health and fitness. With nutritional guidance, exercise plans I will work with you to help you achieve your goals ensuring you improve your health & fitness both physically and mentally to help you become the best version of YOU!

Try these quick swaps:
🥛 Whole milk → semi-skimmed or oat

🥤 Fizzy drink → sparkling water + fruit
🍝 Creamy sauces → tomato-based
🍬 Crisps → rice cakes or nuts

Normally we run 8-week blocks, but if you’d like to try things out for the next 5 weeks, it’s a cheaper way to get started before the new blocks begin in January.

Here’s what’s available:

Finishing the week on a real high 🙌

What a week at ADC Fitness. We wrapped up tonight with the end of our 8-week Transformation Challenge and I couldn’t be prouder.

Everyone has worked so hard, pushed through the tough sessions, and given it their all within the past 8 weeks. 👏
The class is no joke, but that feeling when we finish makes it all worth it. 🥳

It’s moments like these that remind me why I love what I do.
Surrounded by people showing up, putting in the effort, pushing themselves AND getting the results it doesn’t get much better than that. 👌❤️

A.D.C FITNESS

Having worked as a Professional Dancer on Cruise Ships since 2015, I had to find my feet and choose a new career path on land after being diagnosed with a severe case of Crohn’s Disease. Although at the time it seemed like the end of the world not being able to return back to sea- I now fully believe it was a blessing in disguise, everything happens for a reason and I have found my real path!

The fitness industry had always been of an interest to me and the decision was made to pursue my passion and become a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor.

Back In 2017 I was introduced to a workout known as Pound Fit, after attending just two classes I instantly knew I wanted to offer the same to others and Introduce it in the Cambridge Area.

I went on to gain my qualifications in Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training in September 2018 and A.D.C Fitness was created offering 1-2-1 Private Personal Training Sessions as well as Group Class Fitness Instructing.
