🎉 Celebrating Outstanding Care at Humberston House! 🎉

We are incredibly proud to share that Humberston House has achieved a CQC Outstanding during a recent inspection - an exceptional achievement and a true reflection of the dedication of our team. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Even more exciting, this marks Tanglewood Care Homes Group’s second Outstanding rating, following the success of Holbeach Meadows Care Home, highlighting the consistently high standards of care across our homes.

Colleagues and residents have been celebrating this fantastic news after the CQC praised Humberston House for its “wonderfully caring and considerate staff,” exceptional leadership, and for consistently going above and beyond to make residents’ wishes come true.

The report also described the home as “exceptionally well-led,” recognising the personalised activities created for residents and the way residents’ experiences are always at the heart of everything we do.

👏 We couldn’t be prouder of the whole Humberston House team, thank you for making such a meaningful difference every day.
