Oadby Manor - Now Open!

We are proud to announce the official opening of Oadby Manor Care Home, our 22nd Tanglewood Care Home, designed to provide high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment.

We were honoured to mark this special occasion with our very first resident, Jennifer, alongside the Mayor of the Council for Oadby and Wigston, Councillor Jasvir Chohan, who kindly joined us in cutting the ribbon.

It was a pleasure to welcome so many guests to our open day. Visitors enjoyed a selection of home-cooked refreshments, guided tours of the home, and the opportunity to meet our dedicated team.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended and supported us on such an important milestone.

We are delighted to now be officially open and look forward to becoming a valued part of the local community 🩵

The Humberston House catering team worked incredibly hard to bring the theme to life, creating a stunning selection of delicious canapés and a truly beautiful buffet display.

A huge well done to the whole team for their creativity, effort, and attention to detail – you made it a wonderful event! 👏✨

With training now underway, it’s been fantastic to see such enthusiasm, dedication, and passion from every team member. Tanglewood are incredibly excited for this new chapter and proud to have such an eager team preparing to make a real difference.
