I saw Ann in a wheelchair in February this year. We got her fitted and sorted with a pair of insoles. She came to say hi and thank you as she is no longer sat in wheelchair but she is walking with crutches. Step by step she will leave them behind as well and gain her mobility back to its fullest.

Foot fungus - a skin and nail infection that is easy transferrable when you shower in public areas without flipflops etc. I had very nice and clean feet throughout vast majority of my life, until I rushed for a swim in an indoor pool. Went to wash myself but forgot my flipflops at home. Yes, this nasty bu**er started to develop luckily under the sole of my one foot only. There is internal and external solutions to follow through. Externally, I tried many products starting from hydrogen peroxide, botanica wash and cream, rubbing with Vic. Non-of it worked. I did footbaths, kept my shoes clean etc. It was sitting there under my skin. I managed to spend some money on it cause at the end, I just wanted to get rid of it. The only thing that worked for me, was a product called Ring Guard. I will soon also add the journey to heal your body inwardly to avoid a fungus prosper in your body. Gut health is important to this factor and is also a major factor to cardiovascular problems.

A small reminder. When your insoles tend to move a bit either when wearing slippers or wellies etc then use double sided Velcro tape to keep your insoles in place.

There are millions of solutions but only some and few work very well. What health issues you’d like to get more information? Comment below.
