No, You do NOT need a medical cannabis card to prove you are a medical cannabis patient.

It one of the biggest scams in the medical cannabis industry and this is why majority of clinics dont offer them, because they have no legal standing.

They give you NO more right to carry than the next person and they are not recognised by the police as valid.

All you need is as follows-
Clinic contact details
A copy of your prescription
Your medication in its original packaging
Photo ID to prove your name to the prescription

This should be more than sufficient evidence to prove several points.

The prescription is yours.
The Presciption is what you say it is.
Your prescription has been legally obtained.
