Hayley Titheridge - 1:1 Diet Consultant 1:1 Diet consultant based in Botley, Southampton. I offer face to face and virtual appointments. I still have another 2 stone to lose before I reach my goal.

Being almost 50 and in the menopause (argh!), losing weight was a battle. I felt miserable, lethargic, sluggish and I just wasn't getting anywhere, my confidence was at an all time low. The 1:1 diet has been the only thing that has worked for me, so far I have lost 2.5 stone. Lets do this together?

No matter what went down at the weekend...tomorrow is a new day and a new week!

Fear of being a failure can flood your mind and it can feel overwhelming.

If you experience weight going in the wrong direction, it is essential to reflect on where you are at and what you need to work on.

For example, do you need to:

- Stop the mindless grazing
- Increase your exercise (even just a 10 min walk a day is a great place to start)
- Improve your hydration (working towards minimum of 2.25 litres of water a day)
- Increase your Step 2 protein or products while on plan to help combat hunger
- keep well away from sugar (the plan is sweet enough!), and *carbs which your body turns to fat!

Get back on track and refocused on smashing your goals.
