Tuesday 2nd December 7.30pm to 9pm, at the Curdridge Reading Rooms.
Shamanic Drumming helps connect with the deeper rhythms of nature and your own spirit. The steady, repetitive beats create a meditative state, allowing healing, insight and where transformation can occur. Shamanic Drumming helps to facilitate a journey into the subconscious mind, where you can access hidden wisdom, release emotional blockages, and experience pure relaxation. By aligning with the natural pulse of life, Shamanic Drumming offers a pathway to personal growth, heightened awareness, spiritual insight, clarity, peace and a deeper connection to nature and the universe.
£15 per person Please let Sarah Allen at Aura of Angels know if you would like a space ( limited spaces ) Please bring your own drum .. we do have some drums available.
