‼DID NOT ATTEND ‼

So far today 15 patients have failed to attend their appointments and its only lunch time ‼

That's 295 minutes of wasted GP, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice nurse & Healthcare Assistant appointment time.

If you can not make your appointment or no longer need to be seen PLEASE cancel it as soon as possible so that the appointment can be offered to someone else who needs it.

Positive feedback is great but it is also important to acknowledge and respond to negative feedback, as this can be a valuable source of information for improving healthcare services. Responding professionally and constructively to such feedback helps to demonstrate our commitment to patient care and continuous improvement.

Here are some comments/concerns that patients raised on our recent feedback that we would like to share with you.
