Due to a quite a few people not turning up to their appointments recently. I have decided to impose a £10 fee on anyone who fails to turn up their appointment without cancelling at least 2 hours beforehand on their next visit as turning up to a booked appointment is unfair on others that are having to wait for their appointments when I could have offered that appointment to them. Refusing to pay the £10 fee will result in a refusal of another appointment.
