A counsellor will allow you a safe space to reach into your own thoughts and see what works for you and if it doesn’t what else might.

This is what Neil is struggling with, I can’t speak for him but only what I witness. He is not good and I wanted his friends to reach out to him. The choice is life or death?
He has struggled for some time but not as bad as he is now.
As a family unit we are supporting him but if he has given you anything over the time following him please can I ask you reach out to him and let him know how you have been impacted.
The fight that he is in is so hard. Be kind to each other. Let’s build up love not hate
