For many years now, I have worked with some amazing and inspiring people of all ages who have mental health and addiction issues.
Focusing on their health and fitness has been a game changer in terms of helping them to cope and to recover. Training is not just about your body, it’s very much mind and body. Doing something positive for yourself can be like medicine and reinforces self worth. It’s the part of my job that I love. Helping others to feel good about themselves and watch them grow and thrive. ❤️
