Ok so a successful hen do only gained 1lb!! Was happy right I have 6 weeks to lose a stone for my wedding dress!! Right let’s do this!!

Boom! -6lbs! Gone in my first week!! Right I have my hen party this weekend so I will be off plan and drinking will try my best to be good but it is my hen party! Fingers crossed 🤞

Right being 100% Monday my start weight was 15.5! Night I have 12 weeks to get this sorted!! I have a phew events happening but I will still do my best! So follow me to see how much I can lose!!

Another-3lbs gone!! Right now to stick to it over the weekend 100% and get some more weight off me! 😂😂 10lbs to go until my lowest and 14lbs until I’m at my next stone bracket!!

Boom another 3 lb lost need to lose 3 lb a week between now in the middle of March when it’s my first dress fitting for me to be the weight. I want to be which is 12 stone 11 lb!!

I’m back I’ve 100% gain a bit of weight! But I’m back and back to being 100% I will be on 1B for the foreseeable! I’m currently in the 15st bracket and I need to be the low end of the 13st bracket!! 2024 I’m going to be the best version of my self for my wedding and honeymoon!!

Yesterday I was naughty! I went to a Christmas market and had an amazing hot chocolate! Life is all about balance and it’s ok to let your self have the one off treat! But back to being 100% today! Need to hit that 3stone mark by Christmas!!!

Being open being 100% honest, I’ve gained 5lbs This is over the last two weeks. I have not been very well. This week of also been on my period so I kind of was expecting again but come on. I’ve got two weeks before Christmas and I’m gonna lose it and hit my three stone!!
