Getting my activity in today walking from hospital to Subway for lunch for me and the sons 😍

I LOVE Subway salad - super tasty and I brought my own dressing Hellmann's fat free vinaigrette to the hospital to help me stay totally on plan 🤩

One of my personal aims this year is to achieve my Body Magic awards but with the cold weather we have been having so far this year I am not wanting to venture out the house! 🥶
The great thing is at Slimming World we’re really lucky because we have loads of activity videos at our fingertips so I don’t need to leave the house!! 🤩.

There’s dance videos 🕺, you can do strength work 💪, improve your balance and flexibility 🧘‍♀️ and these are all over on the member website and app. Say hello to a cosy workout in the living room 😊.

I love these for breakfast with Slimming World sausages, bacon medallions, mushrooms, and eggs as my go-to filling 😋😋
