Are you one of the many people with Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD)? You don't have to have another recognised mental health illness to experience SAD, it's something that affects a lot of us as the days get shorter and darker. We've posted some of the signs of SAD and some of the things you can do to help.
If you already have a diagnosis, it's helpful to remember that SAD can make the symptoms of other forms of depression or anxiety worse, so if things are getting tough, please speak to someone you trust and to your GP.
And remember our Night Light Café is open every Monday and Wednesday evening. You are always welcome.
