Why Charlie joined Wright Care at Home:
Charlie joined us in August this year, having never worked as a carer before. Caring was a career she’d wanted to explore for a while, so one afternoon she simply walked into our office and introduced herself.

From that very first moment, she knew she’d made the right decision. Just three months later, Charlie is loving life as part of our incredible team – out in the community, supporting customers with their daily routines, and making a real difference every day.

This throwback takes us right back to Christmas and the light switch-on, a moment where our Wright Care at Home family came together ✨

Today we’re celebrating Lucy, our incredible Care Quality Lead, who goes above and beyond every single day to keep our customers safe, supported and well cared for. From quality checks to being our daily “triage” in all the reactiveness, Lucy is the community ambassador of our team💫

And because family really does matter here, we’re also celebrating Lucy’s wonderful mum and now a much-loved part of our extended Wright Care family.

We love Joy’s weekly visits to the hub – always bringing positivity, big smiles and plenty of laughter when she pops in to see Lucy. Joy, you are now one of the team and appreciated by us all 💜

Not only are we lucky to have an amazing team but we get to meet so many of their wonderful family members.
