We all have tough days… me included.
Sometimes they’re tougher because of lack of sleep, not feeling well, the day not going to plan, technology….
These have been some of mine this week. Plus hormones, work interruptions out of my control all adding to the stress bucket.
But.. it’s just for today.
Tomorrow will be better, earlier night, better sleep and my acknowledgement that I did my best with where I am today.
The small moments of taking time to notice what was ok on a tough day help to just make those glimmers a bit brighter.
Daily good intention.
