I have spent the last 6 days supporting 8 cyclists travel from London to Edinburgh to raise funds for Crisis, who work tirelessly to help end homelessness.
Well done to all the incredible cyclists, who conquered a tough (but beautiful) route over the Pennine. All made it safely into Edinburgh today… can’t say the same for one of the bikes 🤭

Thanks to Covid-19, it’s been a while since we have been able to support cyclists riding for charity for amazing causes.
However….. here we are with Myeloma UK and their cyclists helping to support them in their journey to Paris…. But most importantly to raise vital funds for Myeloma UK.

This guy helped get me through my degree... if you are interested in physiology, he is absolutely worth looking into on YouTube/Facebook.. with videos for a whole world of conditions. I still can’t get enough of them..!
