Hello, and thank you for being here.

I’m Zoe, a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist based in Bourne, Lincolnshire. At Bloom & Grow, I offer a calm, confidential space for young people (aged 11+) and adults to talk, reflect, and find a way forward with life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood, stress, or just feeling overwhelmed, therapy can help you take time for yourself and discover new ways to grow.

I offer both in-person sessions in Bourne and online sessions across the UK.
