I offer in studio and private yoga classes in Bournemouth and surrounding areas. My style is based on teachings of Ashtanga yoga. Each class is designed to rejuvenate the body and the mind, create movement, space within the body, and leave each student with the sense of well being and health.

According to the hatha yoga tradition, twists are the most balancing, invigorating, and versatile postures.

Energetically, twists can help to release tension in the body and relax the nervous system whilst also providing an energy boost to combat fatigue and sluggishness.

Practising twisting postures in yoga has a mood-boosting effect. By reducing tension and improving blood flow around the body, twists will leave you refreshed and rejuvenated.
