Slowly emerging from one of my favourite places, a land steeped so deeply with stories and mysticism, a place that is so animated and alive, speaking directly to my spirit 🩵

Ruggedy landscapes, hidden coves and tidal beaches - Kernow so perfectly mirrors the unpolished, wild versions of self that cannot be tamed. Shifting and constantly changing, a place that can feel and look vastly different in the same day - a permission to allow for the never ending internal ebb and flow and cherish it in all its expressions 🌀

Merging with rocks, plants and animals, I’ve been allowing myself to be fully immersed in the enchantment and play that become so prominent for me when I’m in direct conversation with the spirit of all that is around me. Every cell of my being vibrating with vitality, out and free is when I feel most alive.

Abundantly sweet, full of wonder, may we always remember that this is at our fingertips ✨

Time of stillness and deep rest under the green canopy of the tree kin 💚 Nestled by a flowing river, observing the abundance of life wherever water is present - the aliveness is palpable and the energy of the place feeling so clean.

The past week has been bringing a lot of themes around boundaries and asserting my sacred ‘no’ - the more I have been saying not the more resistance I have been encountering lately having to stand even stronger in what it is I wish to allow and make time for.

Do you ever ask yourself if you’re actually wanting to do something or doing it just out of obligation and to please someone else? How often does this leave you with a sticky feeling? Like you’ve betrayed yourself? Stepping deeper into saying now and choosing to do things out of love and devotion can bring up so much like shame and guilt yet it’s one of the most powerful things we can do for ourselves and others. Because what’s the point if it’s not done lovingly? If it’s not coming from our heart with a full soul yes?

The body constantly communicates and the signals are clear. Whether we listen or override them, there’s always a learning that happens that brings us deeper into ourselves and gives us direct feedback. How can I alter my decisions to alter my reality? Where am I being asked build a more solid container so that the nectar can flow abundantly.

How can I show up lovingly and fully for others without abandoning the self?

Many questions that don’t always have a clear answer. We’re being asked to trust, listen and dance with the polarity of life ⚡️🌀🌝

Entering the bleed portal upon the Aquarius full moon 🩸🌕 Illuminating much of my inner world, the subconscious, hidden, the bridge between places. Felt guided to some of my wisest teachers - mugwort and yarrow - to sing to them, offer them gifts, to feel their gentle touch upon my cheeks and face. To listen to the whispers in the rustle of the trees. Strong Hecate presence as she walked with me through crossroads - magic portals of water, sky and earth beckoning to remember and witness the depth and aliveness that’s in every living thing. To dive deeper into the cosmic mother, the fertile void, the universal womb. Spiriting down and in, down and in 🌀

Grounding, softening, calm nervous system 🌿

Life is feeling super sweet after some quite challenging months and in some ways I’m surprised at how content I’m feeling at the moment. I started a full time job a couple of months ago which in so many ways I’ve resisted for a long time and yet I’m finding it to serve me so well at this moment of time. Having the stability of a steady income and the freedom to create and put my work out here when I truly feel the urge to rather than feeling like I need to produce and push has been huge. And in some ways I need to pay a lot more attention to how I’m using my time sine a huge chunk of it is spend in a 9-5 job yet the rest of the time is mine and free of obligations and shoulds - it’s more about what wishes to pour out and what I want to devote myself to.

This has also meant, leaving a part time job in hospitality which was crushing my spirit and I’d feel so drained and lifeless with a nervous system that was extremely stressed on the days I’d be at work. So even though it was just part time, I was spending the rest of my free time regulating or crying and unmasking because of feeling extremely overwhelmed and burnt out.

Gone on a bit of a tangent but what I’ve been wanting to share is that you can always pivot, change direction and maybe even try something you’d thought wouldn’t work for you and be surprised. At the time this all happened I had a pretty big Uranus transit and it definitely caught me off guard and pushed me in the right direction. Feeling lighter, more supported and so much steadier now. Claiming my great white shark energy 🦈

I’m excited to continue to show up here, serve and see where this journey will go 🌀💙

I am beyond excited to share with you the Selkie Woman Retreat 🦭 It’s my third year of holding this retreat and each and every time I come back to it, new layers and depths are revealed.

This magical experience will enable you to dive deep into you soul-skin, allowing it to breathe, express, and be wildly uninhibited. We will journey into the dream world of myth and story, discovering the archetype of the selkie woman and awakening parts of ourselves that might be dormant. We’ll explore our deep yearning for the sea, freedom, creativity, and all that is untamed 🌊

Walking this path in sisterhood, we’ll gather in a sacred circle, witnessing and being witnessed, holding, and being held. Deeply supported by the elements, the plant and animal kin, and our ancestors, we make the pilgrimage back to our soul-home, leaving behind the civilised and re-membering the feral and rugged 🐚

Rituals, ceremonies, and practices will guide us throughout our time together, gently leading us into our unique unravelling and expression.

Please note: Due to the nature of the hike, you will need to have a good level of fitness and feel confident in climbing some steep hills and walking over some big rocks. Most of the hike is flat and will be done at a non-hurried pace, accommodating everyone.

Altar with has been an exquisite experience. A feast for the senses, a tender holding, an invitation into deep remembering, a recognition of my own power and gifts. Receiving the codes of her offering, and being held and honoured with so much love, opened the gates for something deep to unravel. Entering the temple, has allowed for a profound remembrance of lifetimes before when the goddess has been honoured, when sisters have been gathering and tending to one another, softly brushing each other’s hair and anointing one another with sacred oils.

Tears of joy and awe flood my eyes as I feel into what a ripple this kind of honouring of the feminine has upon the lives of so many of us. Being given the spaciousness to feel, to unravel with no rush at our own time, to be seen in our fullness with the eyes of love, to be reminded of the birthright of tending to our body as the temple of spirit that it is. This works also creates a container for so much unprocessed pain and trauma to be brought to light, to be moved through and released. Empowering you to witness yourself, to be with the discomfort, to recognise that you have the strength to sit with it and alchemise it. It does not shy away from what might feel challenging, yet it’s done in the warmest embrace of compassion and love in the name of stepping more fully into the innate sense of joy you were born to experience.

This apprenticeship has left me so deliciously full and eager to offer and nourish women. The priestess journey of serving at the temple of the feminine has been reawakened and once again beckoning me to step into it more fully than ever. I didn’t even know I was looking for Altar until Amy announced it. A heart longing from deep within answered the call not fully knowing what I’m stepping into but deeply feeling that it’s a homecoming, back to something ancient, primal, embedded into the fabrics of who I am and who I’ve come to be and serve.

Beautiful images captured from the Spring Dance Review at the 💃 Our contemporary dance group performed a captivating peace that was a commentary on being manipulated and following blindly in our modern society whilst witnessing the wild animalistic body wanting to break free and escape these constraints 🐾
Mondays have been my favourite evenings of the week and have allowed me to be a complete beginner once again and do something that’s completely outside of my work just for the joy of it ✨ My brain, body and comfort zone levels have been happily expanded 💥
