Egg, ham and avocado wrap only 500kcal!!

ingredients:

1/2 avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of boiled ham
1/2 sweet pepper yellow or red
3 leafs of spinach or lettuce
1 medium-large size tortilla wheat flour wrap

Instructions:

Mash avocado then place on tortilla
Place salad, sweet pepper & ham on tortilla
fry scrambled eggs and place on too
Fold to tortilla like a burrito, seal tightly and cook on both sides until golden brown

Chicken Wok with cashew nuts only 528 kcal!!

ingredients
12 cashew nuts
150 grams chicken fillet diced
120 grams rice
2 table spoons soy sauce
150 grams wok veggies
30 grams hoisin sauce

instructions
boil rice according to packaging
place chicken into pan and cook over medium heat until done
add vegetables until hot then add hoisin sauce and soy sauce
put rice in bowl and place chicken & veggies on top!

carbohydrates: 56 grams

Great for weight loss & easy to make chicken pasta salad with mozzarella only 452 Kcal!!

can replace chicken with tofu for similar nutrients if you would not like to eat meat.

Ingredients:
120g of chicken
50g of mozzarella
50g of whole-grain pasta
1/2 pepper any colour you like, personally I prefer red
6 small cherry tomatoes.

Macros:
45g protein
38g carbs
11g fats
5.25g fiber

cooking steps:

1. place pasta into boiling water.
2. whilst the pasta is boiling cut up the chicken and place it in a warm pan until cooked.
3. whilst the chicken is cooking, chop up veggies & mozzarella and place them on the side.
4. once the pasta is cooked, drain and place in a bowl.
5. once the chicken is cooked place it on pasta with veggies & mozzarella.

apply any dressing or sauce you like.
