Egg, ham and avocado wrap only 500kcal!!
ingredients:
1/2 avocado
2 eggs
2 slices of boiled ham
1/2 sweet pepper yellow or red
3 leafs of spinach or lettuce
1 medium-large size tortilla wheat flour wrap
Instructions:
Mash avocado then place on tortilla
Place salad, sweet pepper & ham on tortilla
fry scrambled eggs and place on too
Fold to tortilla like a burrito, seal tightly and cook on both sides until golden brown
