It’s November already!!!

I am so grateful to you all for keeping me so busy 🥰 I have no appointments left for this month!

I can’t believe I’ve already been saying have a lovely Christmas 🎄 to some of you, this year has gone so fast.

December is very limited for appointments, if you’d like an appointment get in touch, i will also have a cancellation list too.

Today Ted & I went on an adventure to Chapmans pool, living our best life! Ted got a bit excited and decided to roll in poo 💩 🙄. Fresh air, beautiful views and clearing the mind.

My appointments are limited this month with my kiddies being off school. But I still have space towards the end if you would like an appointment.

This month is about spending quality time with the ones I love and making memories ❤️

In October I will be running (well gonna try to run) the Bournemouth 5k supernova 🙈 with my bestie Peta who suffered a heart attack at only 38!

I would really appreciate any donations towards my target of just £75 for the British heart foundation which is close to my ❤️🙈

I had an amazing time away kayaking the fjords and hiking up to pullpit rock but I am back & looking forward to helping you all with your foot care. 🦶🏻
