Open Hearts bring Deeper Love 🤍🙏

It sounds obvious, doesn’t it…of course, we must open our hearts to let love in. Yet often times we forget that we can only know and see the Love we show to ourselves.

Each being on the planet is in a healing process. A journey of self-discovery…of self-recognition and self-realisation…bringing the rejected parts of self back in to feel accepted. Yet we can often forget the main point of it all: To Open Our Hearts To Ourself 🫂

Love for Self. What we say and think about another comes from a healed or unhealed part of ourselves. So when we notice a feeling of uncertainty, unacceptance, rejection or mistrust, look within and breathe 🧘‍♀️ - which part of ourselves is feeling that? As that’s the part that needs to come home. That’s the part which has believed itself unworthy of love. These unloved parts of self have been creating families and communities for millennia. It’s time we welcome them home to the heart, and create from wholeness, innocence and purity - then we will see a new version of Unity and Community 🤍🕉️

The Golden Age is not built on wounded propagation and subtle distrust…it’s built on being the remedy for each other's unhealed traumas and choosing to plant seeds of Love ⚡️🌈🤍🌹

When a white feather falls from the sky in the middle of a ceremonial cleansing, it feels like a very clear sign that blessings are being bestowed from an other worldly space.

Alice Heath feels things, like many of us, she feels them deeply and she allows emotions as a message from her higher divine self, honouring her body in the moment to do whatever is being asked of her, with an open and loving heart. 🤍

The Art of Going Within is a process by which we align head and heart so that the mind is quiet and in collaboration with the heart, the space in all of us which knows what we need for healing, releasing and alchemy to occur.

Alice deftly aligned us with our own heart centre using a simple and effective breathing technique that created a permeable resonance in the room and assisted us all in the basic steps necessary for going within.

With vulnerability and joie de vivre, Alice proceeded to expand on how we have been trained to look for answers outside of ourselves when the external world is nothing more than a reflection of our inner world. She spoke of how consciousness is split when our feelings are not fully expressed and they become stored in the fascia until we choose to consciously release them.

Alice helped us all to get in touch with our subtle bodies and begin to read them for ourselves, looking particularly for signs of disturbance in the energy field, she gave us all tools of how to go about releasing the stored emotion so that our energy field is complete and vibrating at the frequency of love - a sign that our head and heart are aligned.

We looked at negative emotions and how to not only welcome them but to be grateful for them, knowing that they are simply messages passing through, keeping us aligned with our higher self.

We were offered various ways in which to help release these emotions once we had identified them, including movement, swimming in the sea, crying, writing, walking in nature.

Another evening where I am unable to put into words the uplifting joy and sheer love that was present among the group as we remained open and awake to Alice as she weaved her magic for us all.

There are very few places that I can imagine that I would rather be than in an Athenian Love Temple in Atlantis and thanks to the wonderful energy shared with us by Awakening with Melissa Virtue, that’s exactly where we ended up on Tuesday! 🤍✨🤍

Melissa has been privileged from a young age to be able to see what is often there in plain sight but invisible to the majority. Her insight, love and light was obvious to all as she took us on an inner journey to connect with our divinity and reveal our destiny.

Having established a healing heart vibration, she began to explain how we are all resonating our thoughts and feelings to those around us and how our breath is sacred with the potential to heal ourselves and others.

Through movement and sound, we were offered an experience that literally catapulted us into an outer world filled with gods, goddesses, high priestesses and star beings… the room was filled with the frequency of love and transmitted through Melissa’s passion and poise.

We began to understand how Pachamama is receiving codes through the seas and oceans from our sun, moon, the stars and galaxies and how our connection with the bodies of water allows us to absorb these codes as well as to share them with others.

We considered Poseidon and his trident, the bees and how they create honey which Melissa describes as a life force elixir and how their sound will assist us in our own vibration and purpose.

I’ve struggled a little putting my experience into words this week as I feel as though I have been transported to another dimension and can only process a tiny drop of it with my mind.

Melissa went on to give every group member an individual channeled healing and helped to release some stubborn and pent up trauma and emotion.

I’m without words and would strongly recommend to anyone that is serious about healing their heart, to seek out this goddess that walks among us.
