We were very grateful to receive a generous donation of beautiful flowers from Marks & Spencer 🌷

Residents enjoyed creating their own arrangements with roses, tulips, and lilies, bringing lots of colour and creativity to the afternoon 😊

It was lovely to see Cynthia, Estelle, Joan, and Pam enjoying their displays, while Catrina chose a beautiful purple tulip for her room 🌼✨

We were delighted to welcome Tyler James, who sang a wonderful selection of favourite songs 🎶

The lounge was full of residents, visitors, and staff, all joining in with singing, dancing, and percussion fun 😊

We marked World Parkinson’s Day with a fantastic sing-a-long to favourite show tunes, creating a lively and uplifting atmosphere 🎶💜

Our kitchen team made amazing bright blue cupcakes to represent the day, alongside a display of informative posters and facts 🧁✨

The afternoon finished with the excitement of the Grand National, with residents cheering on their horses during the live race 🐎

We always look forward to a visit from Furbuddies Animal Rescue Centre. Neil from Furbuddies arrived with four dogs and provided some pet therapy for our residents. Neil introduced Brenda and Marianna to Lexy the Beagle. Jon with his wife Val chatting with Maddie from Activities who was holding Spooky. Tessa was delighted to have some quality time with Matty. Pam enjoyed cuddles with Matty on her bed. Carol with Spooky sitting on her lap, next to her sister-in-law Helen who was visiting

Ed, our Chef, and Jon, our Kitchen Assistant, created a wonderful chocolate Easter basket cake filled with mini eggs and Easter bunnies 🐰✨

Made with rich chocolate sponge and buttercream, the basket design was inspired by Jon’s childhood memories of collecting Easter eggs 💜

We had a wonderful time creating colourful Easter bonnets, choosing from a variety of hats, eggs, ribbons, and flowers 🌸✨

It was lovely to see Estelle looking fabulous, Beryl adding her final touches, and Cynthia proudly showing off her creation 😊

Robin enjoyed selecting flowers with Carole, while Estelle and Linda worked together to create something special 💜

We were delighted to welcome Retro Rita, who brought the 60s to life with a lively sing-along performance 🎤✨

The lounge was packed with music, dancing, and smiles alongside plenty of tea, coffee, cake, and even some percussion fun! ☕🍰

Lovely moments included Brenda dancing with Linda, Laurie enjoying time with his wife Estelle, and Pam sharing the afternoon with her daughter Anne 💜

We were delighted to welcome the New Milton Army Cadets for a very special visit.

They saluted our residents, introduced themselves, and shared insights into their roles and uniforms, sparking wonderful conversations, especially with our veterans.

The cadets spent time visiting residents in their rooms and chatting with visitors and staff in the lounge, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere 😊

The afternoon was rounded off with tea, cake, and refreshments enjoyed by all 🍰☕💜
