I’ve fallen in love with Tunisia, so I’m going to stay a little longer 🇹🇳♥️ To reset my visa, I’m flying back home and I can’t wait to see my lovely Mum for her birthday and cuddle my niece and nephew too. 5 months since my last retreat, and me, Zam and the van have made it to Africa 🌍.

My new beau, Ahmed and I are travelling around meeting incredible people- likeminded souls that love nature and exploring just like us.

Our plan is to park up in beautiful places, open our doors and share what we have.

On Sunday morning, I got to share some movement and breath on a van trip near Nabeul, with fellow campers.

Here’s to many more moments doing my favourite thing, not knowing what tomorrow will hold and using everything yoga has taught me, to trust the process ✨

I’ve decided to press pause on press pause. Since I’ve been here at the beach hut, teaching online and in my fave spot- I’ve been planning what’s next for press pause, and for me. I’ll be taking a break from in person events from October 2025 until late 2026. I’m off on an adventure in my campervan, heading to Italy and beyond 🌍. I’ll really miss seeing you all so I’ll be increasing my online offering and I can feel the seeds of new ideas growing already. If you’re in London there’s one last Hampstead day retreat on Sunday 14th 💚🌿🙏🏻

3 days under the trees 🌿 Thank you to the 13 beautiful women who joined me last weekend. We laughed, sang, paused, drew, breathed and sweated together. Having had a tough few weeks, I’m reminded again how powerful and needed retreats are. We need to be held, we need to go slowly and be gentle with ourselves. The lime green leaves made the perfect cocoon in the forest for us, it was so magical. More photos coming 🙏🏻

Do you ever wish you could stay in that yogi feeling rather than having to pack up and leave?

That’s the reason I created this spacious 2 hour (actually many stayed for 3!) session last Saturday morning.

It was gorgeous to see people having big hugs and catching up. To say you make close friends on retreat is putting it lightly I think.

I closed with this light-hearted poem by Michael Leunig called JOMO.

Oh the joy of missing out
When the world begins to shout
And rush towards that shining thing
The latest bit of mental bling
Trying to have it, see it, do it
You simply know you won’t go through it
The anxious clamoring and need
This restless, hungry, thing to feed
Instead you feel the loveliness;
The pleasure in the emptiness
You spurn the treasure on the shelf
In favour of your peaceful self
without regret, without a doubt oh the joy of missing out.
