Here are 6 ways that can help you to relax and unwind - make sure you save this post for when you need it👇🏻
☁️ Take a bath and read a book, allowing your body to rest and your mind time to focus on something else.
☁️ Enjoy some music, blast your favourite song and don’t hold back on the dancing!
☁️ Write it out. Try brain dumping first, and then writing 3 things you’re grateful for and 3 strengths that you have.
☁️ Say it out loud. Write affirmations and repeat them to yourself in the mirror. You can also tap them into your body using EFT Tapping.
☁️ EFT Tapping. Using a particular tapping sequence you can enjoy tapping out negative energy in your body and restoring balance. This works in a similar way as acupuncture but is less invasive.
☁️ Hypnotherapy. All you need is 10-20 minutes of quiet time, pop your headphones in and listen to an audio and relax.
