Did you know that.... 'your heart is about the size of your fist' ♥️✊🏻 - small but powerful! Look after it - this powerful little pump has a lot of important work to do beating continuously to provide blood around the body. Healthy eating, reducing alcohol intake, not smoking and regular exercise all help to reduce cardiovascular disease.

Did you know - even mild/moderate exercise after a heart event can significantly reduce the risk of further heart problems. Ciricuit-style exercise is one of the best ways to target the heart as well as all the main muscle groups. Cardiovascular AND resistance exercise go together perfectly! We are pleased to announce a new venture- aiming to provide fitness classes to people with previous/current heart problems, enabling them to carry on with their cardiac rehab journey.
