Everything is absolutely all about your mindset.

If you tell yourself you can't do something, you won't be able to. It just won't happen.

However, if you consistently tell yourself that you can - you will!

You know what... we are all human.

We all know dieting is tough.

We equally know this plan blooming works.

A new week, new month, new start is coming….

Draw a line under this weekend and start afresh tomorrow.

No excuses.

Get that water bottle in the fridge tonight ready for the morning.

Line up your products.

Stick that countdown chart on your fridge.

And let’s just do this, let’s smash the next week and get to target! 🌟

😊IF I CAN DO IT, SO CAN YOU! 🙌🏽

2017-2020 my life wasn’t a life…
After 6 consecutive baby losses, and losing baby Jack at 17 weeks pregnancy 😔 in 2018… My body, and mental health had suffered tremendously, I felt I had no purpose.
I don’t think you ever truly get over such trauma… but you can move forward, learn to love yourself again.

We can make excuses, not to start something, but at the end of the day, it’s only YOU whom can make changes!

I’ve hit rock bottom, but I’ve made the climb back up the mountain… somedays I slip, but I continue to dig in, and move up 😊

Be kind, as you really don’t know individuals circumstances ☺️

I heard something the other day that really stuck with me.....

Don't wait for motivation to find you. You have to go out and get it!

If you're waiting to become motivated to start your diet, or an exercise plan, or anything at all really.... its probably not going to happen 🤷‍♀️

BUT if you begin anyway, the motivation will follow pretty quickly afterwards!

When you start on plan with the 1:1 diet, your rewards become your motivation.

Seeing the scales drop week by week, feeling your clothes becoming looser every time you wear them, hearing the compliments from friends, family, colleagues....

Those are the things that will motivate you to keep going.

So stop waiting to be in the right frame of mind, stop waiting for tomorrow, stop waiting for the motivation.

Call or message and we'll get you on plan, ready to see those rewards and feel the motivation to keep going 💖
