Yesterday we took part in some trials with Able Assess. Their research shows that grip strength can be a useful indicator of someone’s risk of falling. Daniel joined us, and several of our residents enjoyed taking part in the grip strength and physical tests.

We’re marking World Alzheimer’s Month with a fun competition to help raise awareness of dementia, a cause close to our hearts here at Richmondwood. Take part, show your support, and be in with the chance to win a prize!

To win this beautiful vase and it’s purple contents all you need to do is like our page and guess the number of chocs.
Submit your answer by midnight on Tuesday 23 September.
One guess per person.
Closest number wins.
Winner will be announced on Wednesday 24 September.
Prize must be collected from Richmondwood.
