Announcement time!!!

The Univese gave me a big push to follow my intuition and dive into a new life as a Doula and I couldnt be more excited!!

What is a doula?? They provide information, emotional and practical support during birth and the psotnatal period. Evidence has shown that having a doula improves the experience and outomes of birth on the birthing person and the baby.

I am busy with training but keep your eyse peeled for a new website and page for this new venture. I will be keeping Tribe vibes as Reiki and wellbeing so if you not interested in babies and birth this page wont be flooded with it :)

Some of us have naturally high levels of resilience, some of us find it more difficult and all of us have fluctuating levels of it.
For some adults and children it does not come naturally at all and therefore, needs to be a taught.

Today I stood in a field soaked to the knickers in the pouring rain. To many this sounds miserable but for me it brings joy and a reminder that mother nature is always there. Muladhara, our root chakra connects our physical body and energetic body to the earth and the earth provides our basic needs, food, water shelter and oxygen. So to take time in nature and be grateful for all she provides gives us strong foundations to weather any storm.

Life isn't about waiting for the storm to pass, It's about learning to dance in the rain...
