YANG & YIN YOGA AT URBAN
As we shift into late Autumn and Winter, our yoga practice should reflect the changing season, colder weather and longer nights.
With this in mind, I’m excited to say that from next Tuesday, 4 November, my 6.15pm class at Urban will become ‘Yang & Yin Yoga’.
We’ll begin the session with a warming vinyasa Yang flow to create strength and flexibility in the body; followed by deeper, longer-held Yin postures to allow the release of tension and stress thereby promoting a restful night’s sleep. A guided relaxation at the end will leave you feeling supple, relaxed and blissful.
