Fridays: 9:30–10:30 am
Sundays: 5–6 pm

More than just a class, it’s a space for community, mindfulness, and connecting body, mind, and breath. Come as you are and join us.

On Saturday, 17th January Elibeth Oddy Yoga will be running a taster session here in the Library Garden Room.
The session will last approx. 30 mins and is accessible and suitable for all abilities.
The session is FREE, but booking is essential.

Here is our festive schedule for December! 🎄
Please check the dates carefully as some classes will be paused over the Christmas holidays.

Vinyasa Flow Times:
• Sundays: 5–6pm – Slades Park
• Tuesdays: 7–8:15pm – Bad Hand Studio
• Fridays: 9:30–10:30am – Slades Park
• Saturdays: 8:05–9am – Pelham

Classes marked with a ❌ will not be running.

Looking forward to flowing with you throughout this cosy, festive season.
