90% of the things we worry about never actually happen.

Yet our bodies don’t know the difference between what is real and what we imagine might happen. The mind spirals… and the body follows — tight shoulders, shallow breath, restless sleep.

This is where yoga becomes more than just movement.

Yoga gently brings you out of the “what if” and back into the right now.
Through breath, slow movement, and awareness, you teach your nervous system that it’s safe to soften.

You start to notice your thoughts instead of being controlled by them
You create space between fear and reality
You learn to come back to the present moment — again and again

Because peace isn’t found by controlling the future…
it’s found by returning to yourself in the present.

Sundays: 5–6 pm

The session will last approx. 30 mins and is accessible and suitable for all abilities.

Please check the dates carefully as some classes will be paused over the Christmas holidays.

Vinyasa Flow Times:
• Sundays: 5–6pm – Slades Park
• Tuesdays: 7–8:15pm – Bad Hand Studio
• Fridays: 9:30–10:30am – Slades Park
• Saturdays: 8:05–9am – Pelham

Classes marked with a ❌ will not be running.

Looking forward to flowing with you throughout this cosy, festive season.
