✴️HOW MANY TREATMENTS DO YOU ACTUALLY NEED?✴️ In my experience, it is usually around ✅3 treatments, ❌not 3 in a week, but ✅3 in total‼️
➡️Most of my patients require around 3 treatments to get better or out of pain, then it’s maintenance anywhere from 4 to 8 weeks after that, if they choose. There is no pressure to book in, it’s always up to the patient.
➡️The reason is, in the 1st treatment there should be change, in the 2nd and 3rd, the patient should be significantly better. If not, then wrong joint/segment was adjusted, the wrong diagnosis, or both.
➡️Furthermore, this is why I rarely see patients 2 times a week, and I ❌never see patients 3-4 times a week, for a certain number of weeks, then decrease the frequency of treatments. This is purely just marketing.
➡️In addition, I find that when there is a thorough assessment, in order to find the primary or root cause of the problem, and they are addressed accordingly, patients recover a lot faster than a quick feel, and randomly crack everything.
➡️This is because if the problematic joints are corrected, then the restoration of function to those joints, reducing stiffness, the body can begin to move optimally; move well, move often.
➡️However, if the wrong joints are adjusted, the problem would still be present, and just a lot of “empty cracks” would occur. Hence more and more treatments are needed.
🔴Remember, it’s about the quality of treatments, not quantity. Less is always more, less is always better.
