It's hard to imagine this day has come!

I taught my last class for a little while yesterday whilst I take some time out to nurture myself and my growing baby.

Thank you to everyone who has attended class with me, I hope to see you when I return to teaching.

In the meantime, look after yourselves and keep taking time out for yourself 💚

January post of ❤️ to you all

I always struggle with January; the ending of the festive season, dark, cold and rainy days. It can feel a bit gloomy to me as someone who gravitates towards summer, sunshine and being on the go!

However January is the perfect time to draw inward, relax and recouperate. So commiting to my yoga practice (particularly that with ) has been very helpful in reminding me of this.

This post is to wish you all a comforting and restful January 🙏

Merry Christmas and an early Happy New Year to you all!

I will be back on the mat with you all for 6 weeks starting Saturday 6th January until Saturday 10th February, which will be my final class before I go on maternity leave!

It will be lovely to see you all, and maybe some new faces in the new year. As much as I LOVE Christmas, I look forward to getting back to my normal routine including yoga classes!
