We feel so lucky to welcome this incredible chiropractor into our community. Born in South Africa and holding a Master’s in Chiropractic, Britt brings a warm, holistic, and compassionate approach to care.

With additional training in pregnancy & paediatric chiropractic, natural fertility awareness, and women’s cycle coaching, Britt’s knowledge is extensive - and her care goes far beyond adjustments. She’s here to support the whole person, not just the spine. 💙

When we set out to create this retreat day, we had a whole world of ideas between the three of us. Believe it or not, what you see here is our carefully refined version - but trust us, that’s because we want the whole day to feel meaningful and nourishing. ✨️

We’ve been quietly planning and scheming behind the scenes to craft a truly special day filled with genuine connection and healing.

There will be plenty of space to soak it all in - whether you’re unwinding in the sauna and ice bath, savouring delicious food and treats, or connecting with a community of likeminded souls.
