Pause before you eat and ask yourself one question:
“What do I actually need right now?”

Something really fascinating happened with one of my clients during a recent Hypno-Slimmer group session.
After her first group hypnosis session, she went to her fridge feeling thirsty. She grabbed an old bottle of Coke out of habit, not desire. What surprised her was what happened next. She said that as she took the bottle out, she suddenly noticed her tongue felt intensely sugary! It was as if something inside her gently paused her and asked:
“Stop. Think. Do you want this?” In that moment of awareness, she realised she didn’t.
So she poured it away with no struggle and no sense of forcing herself.
To me, this beautifully shows what can happen when the unconscious mind starts working with you instead of against you.
Hypnotherapy doesn’t rely on restriction or dieting. It helps interrupt old food trances and autopilot habits by creating awareness, calm and choice so decisions feel more natural and less effortful.
If you’ve ever felt like part of you wants to change, but another part keeps reaching for food automatically, that’s often an unconscious pattern and those patterns can be gently rewired.
