This week we’re celebrating our neurodivergent community in Dorset and the importance of creating services where everyone feels understood, supported, and heard.

As part of our commitment to this, Access Wellbeing has a Neurodiversity and Seldom Heard Voices Champions Group that brings colleagues together from across the partnership to share learning and improve how we support neurodivergent clients.

The group works to identify barriers, highlight good practice, and make sure client voices help shape how our services grow in an inclusive and accessible way.

Because services work best when everyone’s voice is heard.
