Our wonderful admin queen is moving on to a new chapter and, while we’re excited for her, she will be truly missed.

Nina has been a friendly face, a calm voice and an absolute superstar behind the scenes- always ready to help with a smile (and plenty of colour🌈).

We wish her all the very best and know she’ll be amazing in her new role.

Goodbye Autumn Term, you have been amazing!

Here at the REC, we ran a total of 57 courses, including 25 face to face and 32 online webinars. We also met lots of lovely new students at their enrolment appointments.

Grief is a powerful, multifaceted and often uncontrollable response to profound losses of many kinds which impact on people’s thoughts, feelings, actions, experiences and sense of place in the world.

Our Making Sense of Grief Course sets out to provide students with a road map of their own design to help navigate the grief journey from loss toward recovery and a life re-made.

Each Term, our trainers really enjoy delivering courses in Sherborne. This Term, the course is Managing Mood in December and there are still places available!

Managing Mood is one of our most popular courses and explores how changes in mood can effect our day-to-day routines and wellbeing. It explores mood and discusses how identifying anchor points can connect us with helpful coping strategies and build resilience when things feel challenging.
