SUPPORTING THE SYSTEMS - WEEK 6 💜

This week’s healing infused kundalini yoga session is working on the circulatory system so we will be doing lots of work around the beautiful heart to get her pumping! ❤️

We will be giving the heart some love to boost the circulation in the body so expect to open that heart chakra and release those emotions even more…it’s all about the self love baby! We will be creating lots of wonderful energy in the body too. 💚

Issues around the heart and blood related problems are usually to do with lack of love/ self love so this weekend we are going to turn that around. 😍

SUPPORTING THE SYSTEMS WEEK 5 - THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM

This week we will be doing a beautiful session to expand the lungs and some work around the heart chakra. 💚

Most of us don’t know how to breathe properly so I will be sharing some breathwork exercises that you can take away to help regulate the body in certain situations. Let’s give those lungs some love. They work so hard for us each day, bringing in oxygen to keep us alive yet it’s probably the one thing that we forget to be grateful for. 🫁

And the validations are coming in thick and fast for the Supporting the Systems series! Nothing is ever a coincidence! 🧘‍♀️

Last week I had the validation for working on the nervous system. Today I received this email link…just as we are about to work on the endocrine system (glandular system).

I will share more on why the glands are important later this week.

As we are working on the nervous system for this week’s Supporting the Systems yoga session I wanted to share a little bit about what the nervous system is and how yoga can help, especially after the sad news yesterday that Morten Harket from Aha (one of my favourite 80’s bands) disclosed that he had Parkinson’s disease.

There are many illnesses related to the nervous system and Parkinson’s is just one of them.

The nervous system is quite a complex system…hopefully the information below will help to gain a better understanding and in a more simplified way.
