I discovered Kundalini Yoga 20 years ago, and from the first moment I practiced I knew it was the yoga for me. I felt calm and peaceful, yet invigorated. I felt happy and loving. It was almost like I was seeing through new eyes and I felt there had more meaning to life. 🧘♀️
The lady I discovered 20 years ago, Maya Fiennes, is the beautiful lady I trained with in 2024. It took me a while to make that full circle and train to teach but when you love something so much why wouldn’t you want to share it with the world? 🌍

Kundalini yoga will gently awaken your dormant energy and especially with the way I work, as we are never aggressive or forceful and we blend a bit of Tai Chi and Qi Gong to bring in some feminine energy too.
