Nayberle is a new care service which stays local and neighbourly to the individuals who use their service, nothing is too much trouble in helping them stay at home and helping them remain stress free. If there is something we cannot do for them, we will find a solution so that they don't have the worry. The main Nayberle helpers responsibilities are
Providing personal care duties such as helping our individuals get washed and dressed, oral hygiene, assist with preparing and cooking of meals
Administering medication
Manual Handling, using equipment where required to help our individuals get about their day to day lives.
Promoting our individuals health and well being enabling them to live their life to the full and as independent as they can be
Be flexible in work patterns including working alternate weekends
Play an important part of our individuals lives on a daily basis
