✨Yoga for Men

A powerful practice designed with Men in Mind.

POSE OF THE MONTH: MAY
Urdhva dhanurasana (upward wheel pose) is our pose for the month of May. We will be flowing through a sequence of poses and exercises that work towards strengthening and flexing the core groups of muscles and joints needed to pull off this challenging pose.

⌚When & where?
Every Sunday 0830-0930 in Southbourne

🏃‍♂️What do I need?
Just yourself. The studio can provide mats, blocks, props, blankets and more. Wear comfortable clothing and something you don't mind getting worn in.

🫰How much?
I have a drop-in rate of £10 per hour for this class which is available for anyone wanting to give it a try. For those regulars, I have two class packs available;

10 class pack £85
