Seeing my daughter’s incredible journey taught me one thing about boxing… 🥊
I know how hard it is to prepare for the next fight, both mentally and physically. It’s not just dedication and dietary sacrifice — it’s pushing through your limits again and again, even on the hard days.
And I can already see that all that hard work is paying off. Alongside her goals, she’s built confidence, discipline, and real strength of character. But training at that level also puts huge pressure on the body outside the ring too.
I often see tension and overuse injuries around the shoulders, neck, and back from intense training, impact work, and repetitive movement. Recovery is just as important as training — because the body needs time to repair, reset, and stay strong.
That’s why I’ll be offering tailored sports and recovery massage sessions for boxers and athletes who want to look after their bodies properly between training sessions and fights.
