Relaxation and breathing , important in pregnancy for those little needed 5 minutes of peace, calm and to focus on baby but will help so much for your labour.
So here's a little relaxation exercise for you to practice any time of day.
"Box Breathing" (aka Four-Square Breathing)
This technique calms the nervous system and reduces stress. Super simple and easy to remember!
How to Do It:
Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 seconds
Hold your breath for 4 seconds
Exhale slowly through your mouth for 4 seconds
Hold your breath (with lungs empty) for 4 seconds
Repeat the cycle for 4-5 rounds, or longer if you feel good🥰
