Top tips to moving more easily in pregnancy.1 in 5 women will experience this at various pregnancy stages and varying in severity. it can even just occur in the post natal period too.
Bonus Tips:

Use a pregnancy support belt to help stabilize the pelvis.

Avoid heavy lifting and standing on one leg (e.g., when dressing).

Sleep with a pillow between your knees to keep hips aligned.

See a physiotherapist with experience in pregnancy — targeted exercises and manual therapy can help a lot.
