There's space for one more expectant mum or couple on this Saturday course:

9.30am->12.30pm on Sat 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th Feb

Venue: You'll learn through relaxation on comfy big sofas in the heated summer house at the bottom of my garden.

Refreshments are provided, as are all materials you'll need to prepare for a calm, confident birth experience for you & your baby (this includes a copy of my book, 'Your Guide to Hypnobirthing' & some birth preparation recordings for you to fall asleep to at home, as you practise between sessions).

This is an award-winning Hypnobirthing course with East Dorset's longest-running hypnobirthing hypnobirthing coach. There is very limited availability.

Thank you so much for visiting my page. Course days & testimonials here. Established in October 2010, I teach 12 hour birth preparation classes (groups / one-to-one).

I am trained and experienced in The Mongan Method, The Wise Hippo & Katharine Graves Hypnobirthing as well as having firsthand experience of hypnobirthing when I gave birth to my daughter in 2007. I was blessed to have Katharine Graves herself as my own practitioner when she was teaching The Mongan Method.

I love empowering women and their partners to get ready for birth in a way that really helps them to look forward to it and to go on to feel relaxed throughout their labour and birth whatever happens during their experience. Having & maintaining emotional control makes a huge difference in all we do & it is especially important during birth so that we can let our awesome birthing bodies & babies do what they need to.

I know what it feels like to be absolutely petrified & out of control about giving birth.

When I stumbled across a positive hypnobirth story during my pregnancy it gave me hope that there was another way to approach labour & birth. Katharine taught me the physiology of birth & how I could get myself into a state of relaxation during labour.

The more I learnt, the more positive I felt about my body’s ability to do what nature intended. I dread to think how much I would have panicked without the tools and techniques.

It turned out that mother nature did need a helping hand during my 20-hour labour and birth. Despite complications, I felt calm throughout and had a very positive experience that I felt in complete control of.

INVESTMENT - YOUR TIME: 12 hour course with Rose (split into 3 or 4 hour classes) & then a few minutes’ practice each night when you’re at home before falling asleep to your empowering MP3s.

INVESTMENT - HOW MUCH: Taster sessions from £5. Full courses from £205 (four-month interest-free payment plan also available).

GROUP COURSES:

Saturday or Sunday mornings (9.30am ‘til 12.30pm): £245 per mum / couple. (£45 deposit on booking & then £50 per 3-hr class).

Thursday & Friday evenings - times vary (other evenings are occasionally available when other times are full): £245 per mum / couple (£45 deposit on booking & then £50 per 3-hr class).

Monday - Friday daytime (times vary): £205 per mum / couple (£45 deposit on booking & then £40 per 3-hr class).

ONE-TO-ONE COURSES:

Flexible times (good for those working shifts &/or wanting classes in the comfort of their own home): £330 per mum / couple (£50 deposit on booking & then £70 per 3-hr class).

TASTER SESSIONS :

£5 per person (refunded when a full course is booked).
