We are using many advanced techniques in therapeutic sports massage. Sports massage doesn't need to be painful, but if you are already in pain then even a gentle relaxing massage might be too much for you. Sports massage can be used for treating injuries but also for preventing them by maintaining body (and mind.) Depending on your goals or problems I can help you with sports achievements or help to ease your chronic pain (eg: sciatica, lower/ upper back pain).
* Deep Tissue Massage- Firm, warm-up and relieve the tension. Aiming at the deep muscles- is very often the reason for chronic aches and pain. Recommended if you have contracted areas such as the stiff neck, shoulders, and upper back, lower back pain, and tightness in leg muscles.
*Relaxing Swedish Massage- Based on a gentle technique, relaxing the body and mind, it's beneficial for the muscles, and skin. Increase the flow of oxygen in the blood, and release toxins from the muscle to leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and healthy. Choose your oil: almond, coconut, or massage wax.
* Hot Stones Massage- Massage using hot stones? Why not? The warmth provided by the hot stones will relax, distress, and relieve muscle & joint pain. (Recommended during cold autumn and winter days).

Dziękuje WSZYSTKIM , za bardzo chojną puszkę, zwłaszcza Martyna Ewakuacja za zorganizowanie zbiórki podczas swoich urodzin, jesteś kochana. Zebraliscie aż £340. Jeszcze raz dziękuję.
Dziś miałam ostatnią chemie z 6ściu, to jednak nie koniec, troche sie pokomplikowalo, bo wygląda na to że rak uodpornił sie na karboplatyne. Niedługo wrzucę update jak już dojdę do siebie po chemii i mój mózg będzie mógł normalnie myśleć, chemo-brain to nic fajnego.
Dzięki.
Dziekuje również zbierajacym i wpłacającym do innych puszek miedzy innymi w: Polskiej szkole w Bournemout, w polskich sklepach, piekarni MsBakery i innych miejscach i ivents. Przyczyniliscie sie do moich NK terapi na Litwie, teraz zbieramy na terapie komórkami dendrycznymi, kiedy się odbędzie, tego jeszcze nie wiem, bo jak już napisałam sytuacja się skomplikowała, i podam więcej szczegółów gdy sama będę już wiedzieć więcej ,co i jak i jakie mam opcje.

Hi, there has been no update for a long time,and that because I try not to think about the disease, not to feel pity about myself, and live normally with the attitude that I am already healthy.
I've got good news. ❤
On Friday I had 3rd chemo treatment, Carboplatin, and now I'm at the airport in Luton and flying to Vilnius, for 4th NK therapy (the last one, plus an injection with white blood cells and a drip with curcumin). When I will be completely done with chemotherapy, then I'll start dendritic cell therapy.
Chemo and NK are working 😊 markers are falling. On Wednesday's blood test, CA 125 markers dropped to 240 units. Before 1st chemo - 570, so more than half, I'm very happy 😊, even though it's still a high result, but the trend is downward and I can do probably without Paclitaxel (different chemo, invasive, lots of side effects). On June 19th, I will have a CT scan. I am scheduled to have 6 chemo treatments with carboplabin. On June 28, I have an appointment with an oncologist and we'll see what the future plan is, even if everything will be normal soon, there will certainly be further dendritic cell therapy in Lithuania, at the moment it is my only option to prolong my life so that the cancer does not return soon. Keep your fingers crossed, think positively that I'm already healthy. Thank you for your support, you are amazing. Have a nice day 😘

Cześć, długo nie było uaktualnienia, dlatego że staram się nie myśleć o chorobie , nie użalać się nad sobą, a żyć normalnie w nastawieniu że już jestem zdrowa.
Mam dobre wiadomosci. ❤
W piątek miałam 3 chemię, Karboplatyny a teraz jestem na lotnisku w Luton i lecę do Wilna, na 4 NK terapię ( ostatnią, dodatkowo zastrzyk z białymi krwinkami i kroplówka z kurkuminą). Gdy zakończe zupełnie chemioterapię, wtedy rozpocznę terapię komórkami dendrycznymi.
Chemia i NK działają 😊 markery spadają. W środowym badaniu krwi, markery- CA 125 spadły do 240 jednostek. Przed 1 chemią - 570, wiec juz ponad połowę, cieszę się bardzo 😊, mimo że jest to nadal wysoki wynik, ale tendecja jest spadkowa i raczej obejdzie się bez Paclitaxel ( inna chemia, inwazyjna, dużo skutków ubocznych). 19 czerwca czeka mnie skan -tomografia komputerowa. Planowo mam miec 6 chemii karboplabyną. 28czerwca mam wizytę z onkolog i zobaczymy jaki dalszy plan, nawet jesli wszystko będzie w normie niedługo, napewno bedzie dalsza terapia na Litwie komorkami dendrycznymi, na tą chwilę jest to jedyna moja opcja na przedłużenie mojego życia, by rak szybko nie wrócił. Trzymaj dalej kciuki, myśl pozytwnie że już jestem zdrowa. Dziekuje za Twoje wsparcie, jesteś wspaniały/a. Miłego dnia 😘

I am a Sports Massage Therapist qualified to level 4, offering treatment to professional sports people and athletes. I am experienced and fully accredited with professional certification. I have been working within the field of sports massage for the last 5 years at clinic and sports locations. I am experienced in easing clients pain and resolving the many and numerous issues that can be created by muscular tightness and restriction. I firmly believe that prevention is better than cure and regular treatments can reduce stress and tension.

Qualifications:

-VTCT level 4 certificate in Sports Massage Therapy -ANF therapy level 2- Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy -VTCT certificate in Tapping And Strapping. -VTCT level 3 certificate in Sports Massage Therapy -Swedish Massage, East Surrey college certificate -Fully insured, including treatment for professional sports people, First Aid.
