Laura offers classes in Yoga, Pilates and Dance in and around the bournemouth area. She trained as a dancer at Laban, where she gained an excellent understanding of the body, health and fitness, as well as her degree. She is now a qualified secondary school Dance teacher, as well as a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor. She offers a range of techniques, with something for all ages and abilities

, whether you want to improve fitness or relieve stress. She teaches weekly classes held at the YMCA, Jameson road, Winton, but she also offers 1 to 1 home visits for a class in a technique of your choice.

Two lovely comments about my Pilates classes. I run pilates on Wednesdays 7pm at the Winton YMCA. It’s a low impact fitness class to help improve overall strength, mobility, and core strength. Also great if you suffer with back pain and want to find a way of improving it.
