Laura offers classes in Yoga, Pilates and Dance in and around the bournemouth area. She trained as a dancer at Laban, where she gained an excellent understanding of the body, health and fitness, as well as her degree. She is now a qualified secondary school Dance teacher, as well as a qualified Yoga and Pilates instructor. She offers a range of techniques, with something for all ages and abilities, whether you want to improve fitness or relieve stress. She teaches weekly classes held at the YMCA, Jameson road, Winton, but she also offers 1 to 1 home visits for a class in a technique of your choice.
