Different wavelengths of light are required to remove different colours of ink … this is why you don’t see any reaction to the green ink in this video… luckily for us, we have all 3 wavelengths required for multiple colours, including stubborn blues and greens …. This is the part most don’t see online… as the laser heats the skin, shattering the ink, the skin appears ‘frosted’… after about 10 minutes of cooling with our cryo cooler the skin returns to its normal appearance (just slightly swollen) with the tattoo ink visible as before. The ink then fades over the coming weeks…

Super satisfying watching the laser at work!
The whitening effect on the skin is a result of the laser rapidly heating and fracturing ink particles, as the skin cools, the whitened area fades. White blood cells then latch on to these separated ink fragments and dispose of them over the coming weeks resulting in clear, tattoo-free skin!
