Quiz Night is almost here! We still have space for teams to join us on Friday 5th June from 6pm so gather your friends, family or colleagues and put your knowledge to the test, all while supporting The CRUMBS Project. Ticket price per person is £12.50 which includes a Ploughman's supper and dessert 🌟

The warm weather isn’t slowing our trainees down. James, Hannah, and Ella have been baking up a storm since the heatwave arrived and it’s fantastic to see their continued progress 🥳

From refining delicate meringue techniques to developing pastry skills, their confidence and attention to detail are really shining through. We’re incredibly proud of all the hard work and dedication going into every bake; keep it up everyone!

The sun is shining, it’s Bank Holiday Monday, and this throwback has us smiling!

We might not have Daniella’s sunshine smile in-centre with us today (hopefully everyone is enjoying a restful day off) but we’re looking back on this brilliant day creating gourmet burgers with Essential Cuisine last year; and already looking forward to making these again (especially in BBQ season) 🌞

What a wonderful video from Care South! Partnerships like these are vital in helping us deliver on our mission. Ensuring our trainees can access meaningful training opportunities while building confidence is at the heart of what we do at The CRUMBS Project.

This session is a fantastic example of how hands-on learning can unlock potential, develop real-world skills, and inspire future careers in catering. "I enjoyed everything today" is high praise indeed from Ella!

This year’s awards saw a record number of nominations, recognising organisations shaping the future of hospitality. Categories span everything from excellence in education to outstanding industry contributions. We’re honoured to be amongst such a strong shortlist of finalists 🥹
