Looking to make a change for your health in 2026? Whether you want to lose weight, exercise more, or reduce your alcohol intake, our special health information event could be where you start.

On Tuesday 27th January, we will be welcoming representatives from LiveWell Dorset, BHLive, With You, and the Dorset Diabetic Eye Screening Programme to East Way Clinic to chat about the support they can offer and the benefits of making these lifestyle changes. We will also be offering free blood pressure checks.

We offer a free Diabetes Peer Support Group for people with any type of Diabetes in our network. This group is a great place to get recipes, management tips, and chat with other people living with diabetes.

The group meets every six weeks at East Way Clinic between 12:30pm and 1:30pm, and there's no need to book.
