Save the date for our Carers Cream Tea! To kick off Carers Week, we'll be hosting a special coffee morning for anyone registered as a carer in our network, or anyone who is a carer for a patient registered within our network.

Join us on Monday 9th June from 10:30am at East Way Clinic, BH8 9PU, where we will also be joined by Help & Care and LiveWell Dorset to detail the support they can provide. No booking is necessary, simply turn up on the day!

From midnight, the Emergency Department (ED) at Royal Bournemouth Hospital will move to the new BEACH Building – just 100 metres away.

✅ The new RBH ED will be open with entrances for walk-ins, cars, and ambulances.
✅ Poole Hospital’s ED and Urgent Treatment Centre continues to operate as normal.

The bowel cancer screening programme now includes everyone over the age of 50. You’ll automatically be sent an NHS Bowel Screening Kit when you become eligible. It’s the most important post you’ll receive.

Join us for our free Winter Wellness event! This event will be a one-stop-shop for all the information you need to stay well this Winter, including what services your surgery can provide, local organisations that can help you be at your best in the new year, and even blood pressure checks.

The event will be hosted at East Way Clinic, BH8 9PU, on Thursday 16th January from 1:00pm-4:00pm. We hope to see you there!

Chill Dorset are offering a free 8 week course at one of two locations starting in November, supported by Macmillan cancer support!

The course at Branksome Chine Beach begins on 13th November and runs on Wednesdays 10am-11am, while the Avon Beach course begins 14th November and runs Thursdays 11am-12pm.
