Easter Friday Murph 💪

Another year of Murph done and dusted — and what a turnout. Huge well done to everyone who took part.

It was great to see so many of you tackling the pull-ups and a few of you taking on the full run for the very first time. Big respect to those who completed the original version and to everyone who wore the vest.

Murph is one of those workouts that’s less about intensity and more about the mental grind. It’s a long one, and the real challenge is staying focused and chipping away at the work.

Proud of everyone who showed up and got it done.

RNLI Charity Day 🌊

We’ll be hosting a Team ERGATHLON in support of Head Coach Martyn, who is taking on the London Marathon.

The Workout (Teams):
1 hour Ski Erg
1 hour Bike Erg
1 hour Row

Goal: Max distance as a team across the 3 hours.

Why we’re supporting the RNLI

For the past 18 years, Martyn’s brother Jamie has volunteered at the Royal National Lifeboat Institution station in Lymington.

Many of us spend time on the water in the summer — swimming, paddle boarding, sailing, or enjoying boat trips with friends and family. The RNLI volunteers are the people who keep our waters safe when things go wrong.

This is our chance to show our support, raise some money, and put in some serious work for an incredible cause.

Week 2 is underway and the accumulation phase is going well.

It’s been great to see everyone moving better already and building strength through some focused isolation work.

This block is all about accumulation — spending time under tension, improving movement quality, and addressing any weaknesses or imbalances that might be holding people back.

The goal over the next 4 weeks is simple: build a stronger foundation so when the intensity increases later in the block, your body is ready for it.
