Today is all about making sure I don't go hungry.
Online training all day, so I had some fruit snacks to keep me going before lunch.
Oops I ate them all & didn't take a before picture. Can you guess what I've eaten???
And yes I ate them all but hey if I'd have had a packet of biscuits I would have eaten the lot. So this is a big win & a habit change in the making. Changing habits is a big part of being successful in losing weight & keeping it off. We help you in group to do this.
